Bob Hartwick - Associate Broker
Bob Hartwick is an Associate Broker and co-founder of Hartwick Up North Homes with Coldwell Banker Schmidt in Petoskey. Bob has worked in Northern Michigan real estate since 1989, first working on new developments, golf courses and resort communities with Trout Creek Condominium Resort, Crooked Tree Golf Club, Boyne USA, and True North Golf Club, then helping families find their own Up-North homes; he has been part of real estate sales totaling more than $500 million.
A Certified Residential Specialist and Accredited Buyer Representative, he brings a broker's oversight to every transaction, with depth in golf-course, resort and waterfront property around Harbor Springs, Petoskey and Charlevoix.
After years with Boyne USA and RE/MAX, Bob and Trish founded their own team in 2004, now Hartwick Up North Homes under Coldwell Banker Schmidt. They set out to build a real estate practice built on relationships rather than transactions. Bob, Trish, and their son, Will, live in Harbor Springs with their dogs, Griffin and Bo.
An active tennis college coach and trainer and former university tennis player, Bob is a member of the Emmet Association of Realtors and the Harbor Springs Chamber of Commerce.

Bob coaches and trains college tennis players, still plays himself, and is on the golf course whenever he can be. He is a member of the Emmet Association of Realtors and the Harbor Springs Chamber of Commerce, an active member of Holy Childhood Church, and with each closing he and Trish contribute to the local Child Abuse Prevention and Education Council.
